Why a Super Seller program?

 

Our sale prides itself on being a place where families can find high quality items for their families, but we count on sellers to help make this possible! To encourage our sellers to only bring their BEST items and to prepare and price them well, we want to reward the best of the best!

 

Super Seller Program

How to qualify:

 

Every sale, we will rank our sellers by sell through percentage and the top 25 sellers get Super Seller status for the next sale. Note that sellers bringing less than 50 items aren't eligible. 

 

But to factor in some other things that we think make for Super Sellers:

    -Donated items take FAR less time to sort after the sale and help other area families, so we want to encourage this. We will bump you up 5% for the calculations if you mark at least 95% of your items to donate. For example, if you sold 50% of your items but everything was marked donate, we will "place" you as if your sell through was 55%.

     -It's crucial that items are prepared properly for the sale. If more than 5 of your items are pulled for quality, out of season, handwriting on tag, incorrect prep, or recall, you are disqualified.

     -Note that item count/sell through will be based on the items entered in the system at time of system close. Items counts will not be adjusted for items not brought to the sale.

 

Rewards you get at the NEXT sale:

 

-Ability to continue entering items if item entry needs to close early

-$13 Seller fee waived

-Option to choose volunteer shift prior to opening to the public

 

Important details:

 

-Status ONLY good for the NEXT sale we hold and isn’t transferable.

-Abuse or manipulation of the Super Seller program may result in removal from the program and/or banning from the sale.
